Do you or your family members have property deeds issued by the Ottoman Empire or Republic of Turkey that were taken during the Armenian Genocide or soon after? Do you have testimony from family describing properties that were confiscated during the genocide? Do you have information or other types of documentation related to family property, bank accounts or other assets such as letters describing properties or photographs?
The Armenian Legal Center for Justice & Human Rights (ALC) would like to document them for the ALC’s Property Documentation Database Project (PDD Project).
The PDD Project is focusing, at this stage, on identifying stolen properties and preventing the loss of this information. The submission of the form below and the information presented on this website does not create an attorney-client relationship nor should it be construed as formal legal advice.
Please do not hesitate to contact the ALC by calling +1 (202) 742-8702 with any questions.
Once you fill out the form below, an ALC team member will contact you to follow up.
